Auto-replies are currently available for Twitter, while a semi-manual mode is available for Reddit and LinkedIn.
If you disable auto-replies in the project settings, the publication of replies for Twitter switches to manual mode, and you can publish replies yourself and mark them published.
For Reddit, replies are published manually. AI selects relevant mentions and generates a reply for them. Such mentions are marked as Ready for publication. You can find these replies both in the Mentions section and in the Replies section. You can also manually mark which mentions you want to respond to and generate responses for those mentions.
To publish a reply, click “Copy”(1) under the reply, then “Publish”(2), paste the copied text and click “Submit”. Then return to ReplyGuy and click “Mark published”(3). The same process for publishing replies will be for Twitter if you disable auto-replies.
Ready to publish - if this is for Twitter and you have auto-replies enabled, the reply is in the publishing queue and will be published soon. If you have auto-replies disabled or this is a Reddit reply, you will need to publish the reply manually.
Replied - this status means that the reply was published automatically or you published it manually and marked it published.
